Refund policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at manager@provenirhair.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Certain items including custom products, special orders, and personal care goods are non returnable and non refundable.

Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have certain statutory rights under local consumer laws. Where required by law, these rights will apply. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
