Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our work, the time required to complete a wig or hairpiece to Provenir’s quality standards may exceed the originally estimated timeframe.
Provenir is not liable for delays resulting from craftsmanship standards, material availability, supplier timelines, or necessary refinements required to achieve the intended quality and specifications of the final product.
All bespoke and custom pieces are final sale. Due to the personalized and made to order nature of these items, absolutely no returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once production has begun.
Additionally, services are performed by skilled professionals and are subject to reasonable delays arising from personal circumstances, health considerations, family obligations, or other unforeseen life events. Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the client to a refund, discount, chargeback, or cancellation of the order.
